Volunteer Stewardship

CSERC has organized hundreds of workdays, where volunteers are the key to the success of each project. Volunteers and CSERC staff have planted willows in denuded meadows, built fences to protect damaged riparian areas and meadows, restored habitats damaged by unauthorized off-highway vehicle (OHV) activity, cleaned up litter along streams and rivers, and repaired trails.

If you have questions about our volunteer stewardship, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Chelsea, at [email protected] or (209) 586-7440.  If you would like to sign up for volunteer opportunities in 2024, please complete and submit our Volunteer Sign-Up Form.

If you want to know more about what our volunteers have accomplished in the past, read our reports below.
