For the past decade, CSERC has been the Northern Yosemite region's leading advocate in helping to turn back intensive logging, road building, and development projects that could harm the Eagle, North Mountain, Shoofly, North Fork Stanislaus, and other designated Roadless Areas. These wild places contain a rich diversity of plants and animals that have disappeared from most developed areas.
